Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in industry or full-service restaurant cooking.
• Ability to prepare and follow Holiday recipes.
• Effective communication in English and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

• In the role of Cook, prepare nutritious, appetizing meals for residents.
• Review menus and follow production instructions and recipes.
• Oversee serving set up and ensure timely presentation of meals.
• Follow food safety procedures and proper labeling, dating and storing of food.
• Maintain logs for refrigeration, freezing and production sheets.
• Adhere to sanitation standards and assist with cleaning as required.
