Job summary

Holiday by Atria in Eugene, Oregon is seeking a Cook to join our Dining Services team. You will prepare nutritious, appetizing meals for residents, follow Holiday recipes, and ensure smooth, safe kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in industry or full-service restaurant cooking.
• Ability to prepare and follow Holiday recipes.
• Effective communication in English and excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review menus and follow Holiday recipes to prepare meals.
• Oversee serving carts to present nutritious, attractively garnished meals.
• Follow food safety, labeling, dating and storage procedures.
• Maintain logs for refrigerator, freezer and production sheets.
• Adhere to sanitation standards and keep preparation and serving areas clean.
• Support resident satisfaction and assist with other duties as assigned.
