Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in industry or full-service restaurant cooking.
• Ability to prepare and follow Holiday recipes.
• Effective communication in English and excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare nutritious, appetizing meals following menus and holiday recipes.
• Oversee serving carts setup and timely service with garnishes.
• Follow food safety, labeling, dating, and storage procedures.
• Keep logs for refrigerators, freezers, and production sheets.
• Clean work areas according to sanitation schedules.
• Address resident satisfaction and food-related concerns.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
