Holiday by Atria is seeking a Temporary Cook to join our Dining Services team. You will prepare nutritious meals for residents, following Holiday recipes, while maintaining clean and efficient kitchen operations.

The role requires strong English communication, customer service skills, and knowledge of sanitation practices. This temporary position offers opportunities to contribute to resident satisfaction and collaborate with a dedicated team.

Qualificações

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• 2+ years’ experience in industry or full-service restaurant cooking preferred.
• Ability to follow Holiday recipes and prepare meals.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare nutritious, appetizing meals following Holiday recipes.
• Oversee setup of serving carts; ensure timely, attractively garnished service.
• Follow food safety, labeling, dating, and storage procedures.
• Maintain logs for refrigerator, freezer, and production sheets.
• Adhere to Holiday sanitation standards and keep work areas clean.
• Focus on resident satisfaction and address any food-related concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• This is a temporary position.
