Day shift, full-time role with opportunities to advance through preceptors and mentorship in our senior care kitchen. Prior institutional food service experience preferred; ServeSafe/food handling certification encouraged.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: Sanitation/Safe Food Handling certification.
• Preferred: Prior institutional/healthcare food service experience.

Aufgaben

• Follows recipes and prepares food meeting residents' nutritional needs.
• Cooks and prepares meals in required quantities.
• Leads kitchen staff with food prep, trays, cleaning and storage.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary food service area during service.
• Handles, stores, and disposes of food in accordance with procedures and regulations.
