Job summary

Cedarhurst of Arnold is seeking a friendly Concierge to warmly welcome residents, families and staff, providing exceptional front-desk service and community hospitality. You will monitor entry points, handle calls and mail, assist residents with transportation and event reservations, and support daily operations with the Executive Director and team.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent; prior customer service experience in senior living or healthcare; CPR/BLS preferred;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in senior living or healthcare.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, visitors and guests, providing exceptional customer service and assistance to those entering the community.
• Monitor the community’s entry and exit points, signing in guests and residents, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Assist residents with scheduling personal transportation services and event reservations.
• Receive and distribute mail and packages; manage calls and messages for the Executive Director and teams.
