Job summary

Cedarhurst Living in Arnold, MO is seeking a Concierge to welcome residents, families, and visitors with warmth and deliver exceptional service while supporting daily operations at the front desk.

You will monitor entry points, assist with resident needs, coordinate communications, and support the Executive Director, Business Office, and Sales teams, helping maintain a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in senior living or healthcare.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, web platforms, EHR and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, visitors and guests with exceptional service.
• Monitor entry/exit points, sign in guests and residents, ensure safety protocols.
• Regularly engage with residents to help them feel valued and cared for.
• Receive and distribute mail and packages.
• Manage external and internal calls; take and relay messages.
• Assist Exec Director & Business Office with clerical duties; support Sales & Marketing as needed.
• Assist residents with scheduling transportation and event reservations.
• Manage sale of guest meals and process credit card transactions.
• Submit work orders to Maintenance on behalf of residents.
• Monitor emergency response system and fire alarm panel.
• Communicate with families about residents’ care and wellbeing.
• Work with management and resolve conflicts; other duties as assigned.
