Job summary

Cedarhurst Living is seeking a dedicated Concierge to greet residents, families, and guests and support daily operations with warmth and professionalism. You will manage front desk duties, assist with transportation scheduling, and help staff coordinate events and activities.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service experience in healthcare or hospitality, basic office skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and common digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, families, and guests with exceptional service.
• Monitor entry/exit, sign in guests, and enforce safety protocols.
• Regularly engage with residents to make them feel valued and cared for.
• Receive and distribute mail and packages.
• Manage calls and messages, forwarding to appropriate departments.
