Job summary

Cedarhurst Senior Living in Saint Charles, MO seeks a Concierge to welcome residents, families, and guests and to ensure a safe, well‑organized community environment. You will support front desk operations, assist with scheduling, and coordinate with the Executive Director and other teams.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, communication, and collaboration with a skilled team in a healthcare–adjacent setting. CPR/BLS is preferred, and familiarity with EHR systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or similar.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff with a warm, welcoming approach.
• Monitor entry/exit points and sign in guests; ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Assist with clerical duties and support Executive Director, Business Office, and Sales/Marketing teams.
• Assist with scheduling transportation and event reservations; process guest meal sales as needed.
• Handle mail, calls, messages, and coordinate with departments to maintain smooth operations.
