Dial Senior Living in Clive, IA is seeking a welcoming front desk associate to provide exceptional customer service, assist residents, guests and families, and support daily operations across departments.

You will answer calls, coordinate transportation, manage sign-in, maintain scheduling of guest suites, and help sustain a safe, friendly community. Ideal candidates have experience in customer service or hospitality and are 18+.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or senior living.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and manage sign-in procedures.
• Assist residents and families with transportation and information.
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries.
• Be the point of contact in emergencies and maintain lobby safety.
• Maintain reservations for guest suites and dining areas.
• Receive mail/packages and distribute promptly.
• Update emergency contact lists and supply inventories.
• Handle administrative tasks and support event promotion.
• Promote teamwork to provide resident services.
