Job summary

Provincial Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to warmly greet guests, residents, and staff, manage calls, and share information. The role includes maintaining the front desk, updating logs, and coordinating appointments and meals for residents and families.

You will support marketing and administrative tasks, organize mail, and help ensure a welcoming environment in a community-focused senior living setting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and employees; manage external and internal calls and messages.
• Provide information of a general nature and directions as needed.
• Collate brochures for the marketing department and support daily clerical tasks.
• Assist with meal tickets, dining counts, and move-in/move-out logistics.
• Maintain neat desk area and organize mail distribution.
• Schedule appointments for residents and family members (hairdresser, transportation, etc.).
• Keep entry area tidy and ensure logs are updated daily.
• Support adherence to company policies and procedures.
