Job summary

Simpson is seeking a Concierge for our Senior Living community. Provide exceptional customer service, welcome residents and visitors, and support families with inquiries.

You will handle front desk duties, coordinate events, arrange transportation, and assist with administrative tasks to ensure a warm, safe, and engaging environment. Responsibilities include booking appointments, guiding residents, and maintaining logs while upholding privacy and facility policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or customer service training preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with seniors, families, and staff.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary front desk contact, welcoming residents, families, and visitors.
• Assist residents with requests: scheduling, reservations, transportation, and maintenance issues.
• Greet and manage visitors, provide directions, and enforce policies as needed.
• Plan and coordinate social events and activities for residents to promote engagement.
• Perform administrative duties: mail/temp deliveries, logs, and document handling.
• Monitor safety and security; follow emergency procedures and report hazards.
• Document interactions accurately and communicate with team and families.
