Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living is seeking a Concierge at our Indian Trail community to warmly greet guests, residents, and staff, manage calls, and provide general information. You will schedule appointments, maintain records, and assist with daily operations to support a thriving living environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and excellent communication skills to help residents feel at home in a compassionate team setting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience and/or training.
• Reception or front-desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, residents, and employees and manage calls.
• Take and relay messages accurately and promptly.
• Assist residents with inquiries and directions.
• Prepare and organize materials for the marketing team as needed.
• Manage move-in/out paperwork and resident lists.
• Maintain tidy reception and entry areas.
