Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time Concierge at TerraBella Hermitage to warmly welcome guests, residents and staff, manage internal and external calls, and relay messages with courtesy.

Key responsibilities include answering the phone, greeting visitors, coordinating appointments, preparing meal tickets, tallying meal counts, updating rosters and logs, and keeping the reception area organized while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One to three years customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, residents, and employees; manage calls and messages.
• Answer telephone and reception duties; relay messages to the intended recipient.
• Greet residents and visitors; provide directions.
• Collate brochures for the marketing department.
• Prepare meal tickets and tally meal counts for the Dining staff.
• Update the Resident Phone List, Roster, Move-In/Move-Out Register and Sign-In Logs.
• Manage appointments for residents and family members.
• Keep desk and entry area neat and organized.
• Distribute mail to residents, Executive Director and Coordinators.
• Maintain resident forms for miscellaneous credits.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures; perform other duties.
