TerraBella Senior Living in Durham, NC is seeking a Concierge/Driver to greet residents, visitors, and staff, manage calls, relay messages, and provide information on a general basis. The role supports daily operations, coordinates appointments, maintains reception area, and assists with resident move-related tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (GED preferred) and 1–3 years of customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years customer service experience or training; or equivalent.
• Experience greeting guests and managing calls is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Carries out telephone answering and reception duties as required.
• Takes complete messages with pertinent information and communicates messages to the intended recipient.
• Greets residents and visitors. Answers inquiries and gives directions.
• Organizes mail and distributes materials to staff and residents.
• Manages appointments for residents and family members (hairdresser, transportation, etc.).
• Maintains desk and entry area neat and organized.
