The Legacy at North Augusta is seeking a friendly, professional Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents, families, guests, and team members. You will help create a welcoming environment and deliver outstanding customer service, focusing on seniors and their families.

As a Concierge, you will manage front desk operations, assist visitors, and support events. This full-time role emphasizes hospitality, attention to detail, and teamwork in a warm community setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, reception, concierge, or admin is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors, vendors, and team members with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Assist residents and guests with information, directions, and general support.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional front desk environment.
• Coordinate visitor sign-in procedures and provide access support.
• Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Support community events, activities, and special programs as needed.
• Communicate with departments to address resident needs promptly.
• Provide administrative support and complete assigned clerical duties.
