Job summary

The Legacy at North Augusta seeks a friendly, professional Concierge to greet residents and guests and manage front desk operations with warmth and efficiency.

You will handle calls, provide directions, assist with information, and support events while maintaining a welcoming environment and professional appearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, reception, concierge, or administrative experience preferred.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors, vendors, and team members with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Assist residents and guests with information, directions, and general support.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional front desk environment.
• Coordinate visitor sign-in procedures and provide security-conscious access support.
• Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Support community events, activities, and special programs as needed.

As a Concierge, you will play an important role in enhancing the resident experience by providing information, assisting visitors, managing front desk operations, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to hospitality and excellence.

Position Details

• Position: Full-Time Concierge
• Shift: Day Shift
• Pay Range: $16.50 - $22.00 per hour (final compensation is based on the candidate’s demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and professional background).

What You’ll Do
