Ridge Care Senior Living is seeking a Senior Living Concierge for Tue and Wed, 4pm-9pm, on a part-time basis. The role focuses on greeting residents and visitors, answering phones, and providing information with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities include escorting visitors, supporting other departments, and ensuring high-quality resident service. The position requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting, with preference for night-shift experience.

Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet and assist residents, visitors, families, and provide non-confidential information requested.
• Answer telephone, providing information and taking messages as required.
• Sort and distribute mail
• Express concern and compassion for residents and families.
• Escort visitors to appropriate resident apartments/locations.
• Support other departments as needed to ensure high quality resident service.
• Advise supervisor and/or Executive Director immediately of any noted changes in physical and/or mental health of residents.
• Give exceptional customer service to residents and visitors, from providing a pleasant greeting to maintaining professionalism and composure in more challenging situations.
• Other nightly duties as assigned.
• Working holidays when they fall on your scheduled day to work.

This role will require standing, walking, and occasional lifting.

Preference will be given to applicants with experience working the overnight shift with nightly duties as assigned.
