Job summary

Seaton Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to join our team. The role focuses on greeting guests, residents, vendors and employees, managing calls, and providing general information. The position is 4pm-8pm several nights per week with alternating Saturdays, Sundays, and holiday rotations.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of customer service experience. The successful candidate will maintain a welcoming reception area and support daily operations per policies.

Our community is looking for a Concierge to join our team.

This current position is for 4pm-8pm a couple nights per week, alternate Saturdays & Sundays and holiday rotation - NOT flexible. This position may have other hours available on an as need basis, such as, 8am-4pm.

The Concierge is responsible for greeting guests, residents, vendors and employees. Managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages and providing information of a general nature.

Responsibilities

• Carries out telephone answering and reception duties as required.
• Takes complete messages with pertinent information and communicates messages to the intended recipient.
• Greets residents and visitors. Answers inquiries and gives directions.
• Manages appointments for residents, such as, but not limited to, hairdresser, transportation, etc.
• Maintains and keeps desk and entry area neat and organized.
• Maintains adherence to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or (GED) preferred.
• One to three years customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
