Ridge Care Senior Living is seeking a Senior Living Concierge for Tue and Wed, 4pm-9pm, on a part-time basis. The role focuses on greeting residents and visitors, answering phones, and providing information with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities include escorting visitors, supporting other departments, and ensuring high-quality resident service. The position requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting, with preference for night-shift experience.

Qualifications

• Greet residents, visitors, and families and provide information.
• Answer telephone and take messages as required.
• Escort visitors to resident locations and assist with requests.
• Maintain professionalism and compassion when interacting with residents.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist residents, visitors, families, and provide non-confidential information requested.
• Answer telephone, providing information and taking messages as required.
• Escort visitors to appropriate resident apartments/locations.
• Give exceptional customer service to residents and visitors, from providing a pleasant greeting to maintaining professionalism and composure in more challenging situations.
• Other nightly duties as assigned.
• Stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed.
