Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; additional education preferred.
• Experience with general office procedures and common software.

• Minimum one year in office or hospitality roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls promptly and route messages.
• Receive visitors; sign registers and route them as appropriate.
• Provide information and assistance to residents and guests.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and transporting residents to appointments.
• Maintain lobby and reception area; keep mailboxes up to date and tidy.
• Schedule and coordinate work orders with Maintenance/Housekeeping.
• Assist with recruitment activities: post ads, screen applicants, schedule interviews.
• Maintain inventories of supplies and assist in ordering.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor; maintain confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
