Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Must be free of communicable disease and able to pass drug testing/background checks.
• One year of office or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and take messages.
• Greet visitors and route them as appropriate.
• Assist residents with information, activities, and service coordination.
• Maintain lobby and reception area appearance and mail handling.
• Provide clerical support: typing, filing, reports, scheduling, vendor communications.
• Coordinate work orders with Maintenance/Housekeeping and assist with recruitment tasks.
