Augustine Landing is looking for a Concierge Specialist to provide clerical support, greet residents and guests, and coordinate services within our welcoming senior living community. You will assist the Wellness Director with appointments, maintain lobby areas, and help with scheduling and vendor communications.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, professional appearance, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy front desk environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in general office procedures and basic computer skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Professional appearance and neat presentation.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones promptly and route calls; take messages.
• Greet visitors and sign registers; route as appropriate.
• Assist residents with information, activities, and services.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain lobby and reception area; keep areas neat and secure.
• Provide clerical support: typing, filing, preparing reports, and copying.
• Assist with recruitment activities and candidate screening.
• Maintain inventories of supplies and order as approved.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
