Job summary

The Wellington at Southport in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a part-time on-site Receptionist to welcome visitors, answer phones, route calls, and manage mail. You’ll work with a friendly team and contribute to a supported community environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years: general administrative background or hospitality experience
• 1-2 years: Related office, customer service, or clerical experience

Responsibilities

• Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual. Also, provides information such as community address, directions to the community location, community fax numbers, company website, and other related information
• Greets and directs visitors to the community
• Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
• Resolving customer questions and concerns
