Job summary

The Wellington at Dayton, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet visitors, answer calls, and route inquiries at the Dayton campus. This is a hands-on front desk role in a senior living community.

You'll work closely with residents and team members to ensure a smooth daily operation, handle mail, deliveries, and basic inquiries, and support a welcoming environment with strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephone and directs callers with information and directions.
• Greets and directs visitors to the community.

Receptionist Responsibilities Include

• Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual. Also, provides information such as community address, directions to the community location, community fax numbers, company website, and other related information
• Greets and directs visitors to the community
• Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
• Resolving customer questions and concerns
