American Senior Communities seeks a friendly Receptionist for Rosegate Village in Indianapolis. This on-site, part-time evening role (4:30pm-8:00pm) places you at the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff, handling front desk duties and coordinating basic administrative tasks.

You will greet guests, answer phones, manage data entry and mail, and contribute to a warm, respectful environment for our seniors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months of related experience.
• Strong passion for geriatric advocacy and senior care excellence.
• Excellent customer service, clear communication, and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and staff with a welcoming front-desk presence.
• Manage a multi-line phone system and basic administrative tasks.
• Assist with mail handling, data entry, filing, and records keeping.
