Responsibilities

• Serve as receptionist / switchboard operator.
• Greet, direct and aid residents and visitors courteously at all times.
• Answer calls, transfer and take messages as needed.
• Notify staff of admissions, room changes, withdrawals and deaths.
• Maintain records and directories and manage keys as required.
• Assist residents with maintenance requests and guest reservations.
• Operate copy machine and office equipment; manage supplies.
