Job summary

Grand Living in Georgetown, TX is seeking a Concierge to elevate the Resident experience as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors. This role focuses on friendly, timely, and professional service, coordinating requests and handling clerical tasks under the Business Office Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, strong English communication, customer-service experience in senior housing, and the stamina to stand and move about facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience in senior housing preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English to communicate with residents, family, peers, employees, and vendors.
• Stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push/pull; work without sitting for long periods; lift up to 20 lbs; push/pull carts up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for residents, families and visitors.
• Coordinate activities, manage requests and distribute correspondence.
• Direct phone calls and interact with residents and team members in a courteous, professional manner.
• Support the Business Office Manager with community standards, processes and procedures.
