Qualifications

• Six months of receptionist experience or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to communicate verbally in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and employees in a professional manner.
• Monitor lobby and answer calls, forward messages, and manage packages.
• Assist Sales & Marketing with inquiries, tours, and lead management.
• Support Business Office with resident documentation and files.
