Belmont Village Senior Living in Aliso Viejo, CA, is seeking a Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, vendors, and guests. You will provide exceptional hospitality, assist with administrative tasks, and support a welcoming and safe community environment.

The role requires a reliable, empathetic team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting, maintaining strong communication across departments and delivering outstanding resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience with a multi-line phone system and professional phone etiquette.
• Proficient in MS Office to perform administrative tasks.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Shows initiative with strong critical thinking.
• Organizational and administrative skills; reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors and staff warmly.
• Manage and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and professionally.
• Address inquiries and requests promptly, reliably and confidentially with empathy and dignity.
• Log and coordinate distribution of packages as appropriate.
• Collaborate with various departments to promote effective communication.
• Monitor community access via kiosk sign-in and respond to emergencies per policy.
• Schedule transportation, coordinate resident trips, and assist with event setup.
• Record maintenance work orders in an electronic system.
• Maintain an organized workspace to promote efficiency and first impressions.
• Make hospitality and resident satisfaction a top priority in every interaction.
