Job summary

Rose Senior Living in Carmel, IN is seeking a Day Shift Concierge focused on hospitality. You will meet and greet residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, and visitors in a warm, professional manner daily.

This front-facing role sets the tone for our community and supports a welcoming environment. Duty includes supervising lobby, handling deliveries, and coordinating with staff to resolve issues promptly, while maintaining accurate records and providing friendly service throughout

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the main community lobby and phone line.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
• Assist the Business Office Manager with clerical projects or assignments as needed
