Job summary

Oakmont Management Group in California seeks a Concierge for Ivy Park at Oakland Hills to greet visitors, fulfill resident requests, arrange property tours, and provide clerical support to staff. You will handle a multi-line phone system and support the administrative team in line with company values.

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional service to residents and guests, maintaining a safe environment, and coordinating with departments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two (2) years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community.
• Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
• Oakmont Management Group may require team members to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear PPE to prevent the spread of diseases.

Responsibilities

• Provide all residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones, record, and/or direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely, clear, concise, and professional manner.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and immediately respond to every call.
• Effectively manage business center and process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
