Job summary

Ivy Park at Laguna Creek, a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group in Elk Grove, CA, is seeking a Concierge. You will greet visitors, fulfill resident requests, arrange tours of the property, answer a multi-line telephone, and provide clerical support to staff.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two years of experience in a hospitality setting or senior living community.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Written and verbal communication with employees, supervisors, physicians, residents, and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide all residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones, record/direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond promptly to calls.
• Effectively manage the business center and process mail.
