Oakmont Management Group in Irvine, California, seeks a friendly Concierge to greet visitors, fulfill resident requests, arrange tours, answer a multi-line phone, and support the administrative staff.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, excellent customer service and communication skills, and be proficient with MS Office; two years in hospitality preferred. This on-site role offers competitive benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two (2) years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community.
• Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
• OMG may require vaccination and PPE per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide all residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones, record, and/or direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely, clear, concise, and professional manner.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond promptly to every call.
• Effectively manage business center and process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
