Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, residents and employees as they arrive.
• Answer external and internal calls and relay messages.
• Provide information of a general nature and assist with inquiries.
• Maintain and organize entry area, logs and sign-in sheets.
• Coordinate appointments and distribute mail to residents and staff.
