The Cypress of Hilton Head is seeking a hospitality-focused Concierge to join our team. You will be the central point of contact for members and guests, greeting visitors, answering calls, coordinating transportation, and processing requests with a courteous, professional demeanor.

This role emphasizes administrative tasks, public relations, and excellent communication. Requires a respectful, client-focused approach in a senior-living setting and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Formación

• Hospitality experience and guest services mindset.
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Answer the phone, dispatch calls and take messages.
• Coordinate transportation.
• Initiate work orders for maintenance, housekeeping and transportation.
• Maintain resident information and notify department heads as needed.
• Assist residents and guests with information and inquiries.
• Address members and guests with courtesy and respect.
• Maintain knowledge of operating procedures and staff responsibilities.
• Report violations of conduct per policy.
• Maintain daily mail and safety practices.
• Participate in safety programs and hospitality promises.
