Job summary

Phoenix at Milton is seeking a Concierge to join their team. The Concierge serves as the first contact, greeting potential residents, families, and visitors, and manages external and internal calls with care.

You will provide a friendly overview of community information, support recruitment with the Associate Director/HR Designee, and handle light data entry and general administrative duties while ensuring a pleasant atmosphere in the Bistro area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven customer service experience and skills.
• Knowledge and experience in the Senior Living Industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and families at the community entry.
• Answer incoming calls and route messages promptly.
• Provide a community overview to inquiries and forward to the appropriate director.
• Assist recruitment processes and capture candidate information onsite.
• Schedule appointments for residents and families.
• Monitor Bistro area for refreshments, cleanliness, and atmosphere.
• Enter data and perform general administrative duties as assigned.
• Notify leadership of messages and maintain courteous service.
