MBK Senior Living is seeking a part-time Concierge to support front-desk operations in Gilbert, AZ. Shift is Thursday to Sunday, 1pm–7pm, offering a friendly, professional environment focused on hospitality and resident services.

The Concierge will welcome residents and guests, answer inquiries, coordinate with teams, and help maintain an organized reception area. Must be 18+, with clear background screening and health checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service or front-desk experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass background check and health screening.
• Ability to use basic computer systems and phone systems.

Responsabilités

• Greet residents, families, visitors and prospects warmly and professionally.
• Assist with inquiries, tours, and guiding residents and guests.
• Answer and direct calls promptly and courteously with accurate information.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as logging messages and mail/distribution.
• Maintain knowledge of daily activities and resident services to answer inquiries.
• Support with safety, compliance and teamwork in MBK principles.
