Discovery Management Group is seeking a Concierge to join our team in a senior living community in Florida. The Concierge will greet guests, residents, and employees, handle calls, relay messages, and provide general information.

Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting visitors, coordinating messages, and assisting with scheduling and mail distribution. Previous customer service experience and a high school diploma are preferred; full-time/part-time hours with benefits are offered.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One to three years customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Answers telephone and reception duties; takes and communicates messages.
• Greets residents and visitors; provides directions and information.
• Prepares meal tickets and tallies meal counts for Dining staff.
• Updates Resident Phone List, Move-In/Move-Out Register, and logs as needed.
• Manages appointments for residents and family members (hairdresser, transportation, etc.).
• Keeps desk and entry area neat and organized; distributes mail to residents and staff.
• Maintains resident forms and adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
