Job summary

The Ivy Castle Rock is seeking a friendly Concierge to warmly greet residents and visitors, answer calls, and support administrative staff at our Castle Rock community.

Shifts are 8:00 AM–3:30 PM, Wednesday through Saturday, with a pay range of 18.50–20.00 USD per hour. This role emphasizes excellent customer service, teamwork, and a safe, welcoming environment for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two years of hospitality experience or prior senior living community.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Possess written and verbal communication skills with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and families.
• Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB tests.
• Vaccination/testing requirements may apply per regulatory guidelines for health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide all residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones, record and/or direct calls in a timely, clear, concise, and professional manner.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond to every call.
• Effectively manage the business center and process mail.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.

The Concierge is responsible for greeting visitors, fulfilling resident requests, arranging tours of the property, answering a multi-line telephone, and providing clerical support to the administrative staff, in accordance with the company’s mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Provide all residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones, record, and/or direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely, clear, concise, and professional manner.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and immediately respond to every call.
• Effectively manage business center and process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two (2) years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
• For the health and safety of our team members and residents, Oakmont Management Group may require team members to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 or other communicable diseases, per regulatory guidelines.
