The Bungalows at Branson Meadows, part of Phoenix Senior Living, is seeking a friendly Concierge to join the team in Branson, MO. You will welcome residents, families and visitors, manage calls and messages, and provide a welcoming overview of community information.

You will support the Community Sales Director and HR designee with recruitment tasks, data entry and general admin, while ensuring the Bistro area remains clean, inviting and pleasant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Knowledge of the senior living industry preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet visitors and provide beverages, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Answer resident and guest calls promptly with proper greeting.
• Take messages and relay them to the correct staff.
• Assist with recruitment processes and data entry tasks.
• Monitor Bistro area for cleanliness and ambiance.
