Phoenix Senior Living is seeking a Concierge for The Bungalows at Branson Meadows to join their team. You will be the first contact for residents, families and visitors, handling calls, messages and providing a warm, informative welcome.

This role supports the Community Sales Director and Executive Director in marketing and sales efforts. The Concierge will assist with recruitment processes, data entry and routine admin duties, while monitoring the Bistro area to maintain a welcoming atmosphere

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Knowledge and experience in the Senior Living Industry preferred.

Mansioni

• Greets residents, families and visitors; manages external and internal calls.
• Takes and communicates messages to the appropriate recipient.
• Provides a community overview to inquiries to support Sales/Marketing efforts.
• Assists with recruitment processes, data entry and general admin duties.
• Monitors the Bistro area for refreshments, cleanliness, music and a pleasant atmosphere.
• Coordinates appointments for residents and family members (e.g., hairdresser, transportation).
• Sends get well cards and sympathy cards as needed with leadership signatures.
