The Bungalows at Branson Meadows, a Phoenix Senior Living community, is seeking a Concierge to join our team. You will greet residents, families and visitors, answer calls, relay messages, and provide a warm, informative first impression that supports our sales and HR efforts.

Responsibilities include managing appointments, assisting with community information, coordinating simple administrative tasks, and maintaining a welcoming Bistro area to ensure a pleasant atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/ GED required
• Proven customer service experience
• Knowledge of Senior Living Industry preferred

• Coordinate appointments and tours for residents and families
