Senior Resource Group is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our California community. You will greet visitors, answer phones, screen sign-ins, and assist residents with basic office needs while helping maintain smooth office operations.

• Answer all incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist residents with general office needs, e.g. postage, copies, faxes, notary public.
• Type, copy, order and maintain inventory of office supplies.
• Maintain and update emergency contact information.
