4-K Housing is seeking a Full-Time Concierge at Stoney Brook of Hewitt to greet residents and visitors, maintain a secure, welcoming environment, and provide prompt assistance. The role emphasizes professional, friendly service, attention to detail, and safety across buildings and grounds.

Responsibilities include managing inquiries, guiding guests, and coordinating with staff; shifts run 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with holiday rotation. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service and front desk experience preferred.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License and good driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• HIPAA understanding and compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergencies and requests quickly.
• Monitor public traffic and assist visitors with questions.
• Receive guests warmly and maintain clean, orderly public areas.
• Provide immediate and courteous assistance to residents and families.
• Lock/unlock doors per community protocol.
• Answer calls and route as needed; operate paging system.
• Escort residents or guests to vehicles when requested.
• Assist with maintenance orders and safety system monitoring.
• Set up or take down activities as requested.
• Maintain professional appearance per policy.
