Job summary

Clearwater Living's Reno community is seeking a part-time Concierge to warmly welcome residents and guests, answer calls, relay messages, and support multiple departments with administrative tasks.

You will be the first face at the front entrance, monitor visitors, assist with meal attendance tracking, and help ensure safety and regulatory compliance while upholding Clearwater Living's service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• A minimum of one year of work experience in senior living, hospitality or related field preferred
• Background clearances as required by government regulations
• Must meet health requirements, including TB
• Current First Aid/CPR/BLS Certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer or transfer calls in a professional manner
• Relay messages and assist multiple departments with administrative tasks
• Monitor logbook and report suspicious activity promptly
• Support meal attendance tracking and room service needs as required
• Maintain neat, welcoming reception area and uphold safety standards
