Job summary

Clearwater Living's Clearwater at Rancharrah in Reno is seeking a part-time Concierge to greet visitors, answer phones, relay messages, and provide top-tier service in a luxury senior living environment. As the first point of contact, you will maintain a neat front entrance, assist residents and guests, handle mail, and support multiple departments with administrative tasks.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and prior hospitality or senior living experience is preferred; health

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in senior living, hospitality or related field preferred.
• Background clearances as required by government regulations.
• Must meet health requirements, including TB.
• Current First Aid/CPR/BLS Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer phones, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Relay messages and coordinate with multiple departments as needed.
• Maintain orderly front entrance, lobby, and reception areas.
• Monitor logbook sign-ins and report suspicious activity.
• Assist with mail sorting and lost-and-found management.
• Support Executive Director and other departments with administrative tasks.
• Ensure meal attendance tracking and alert staff for room service needs.
• Comply with Clearwater Living policies and maintain professional appearance.
• Represent Clearwater Living values daily through teamwork.
