Discovery Senior Living is seeking a Concierge at THE PALMS OF MT. PLEASANT to be the welcoming first point of contact for residents, families and guests. You will manage communications, support resident services and maintain a polished front-desk environment.

The role is part-time with every other weekend shifts (7am–7pm) at 937 Bowman Rd, Mt. Pleasant, SC. The pay rate is $16 per hour, with opportunities to support daily operations and front-desk tasks in a caring senior living setting.

Competenze

• Customer service, reception or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Professional demeanor with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with phones, email and office systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and positively represent the community.

Mansioni

• Perform telephone answering and reception duties, managing calls professionally and courteously.
• Take accurate messages and relay promptly to the right recipient.
• Greet residents, families and visitors warmly and provide directions as needed.
• Coordinate and manage resident and family appointments including transportation and services.
• Keep front desk and entry areas clean, organized and welcoming at all times.
• Sort and distribute mail and maintain rosters, sign-in sheets and lists.
