Discovery Senior Living is seeking a part-time/PRN Concierge at The Palms of Mt. Pleasant in Mt. Pleasant, SC. You will serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, and staff, ensuring a welcoming front desk and smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include answering calls, greeting guests, coordinating appointments, and assisting Dining Services with meal counts. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of customer service are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception, front desk, or administrative support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and reception duties professionally.
• Greet residents, families and visitors warmly and route inquiries.
• Manage resident and family appointments, transportation and services.
• Maintain front-desk areas, logs, and mail distribution.
• Support marketing materials and prepare meal tickets.
• Follow policies and confidentiality requirements.
