Discovery Senior Living is hiring a friendly Concierge at The Palms of Mt. Pleasant in Mt. Pleasant, SC. You will be the first point of contact for residents, families, guests, and team members, ensuring a warm, organized front desk and smooth daily operations.

This part-time role involves weekend shifts (7am–7pm) with competitive wages and opportunities for growth within a supportive community that values confidentiality and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of customer service, reception, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using phones, email, and office systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and represent the community positively.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and reception duties in a courteous, professional manner.
• Take accurate messages and relay promptly to the right recipient.
• Greet residents, families, and visitors and provide directions as needed.
• Support marketing materials and collateral as requested.
• Prepare meal tickets and tally meal counts for Dining Services.
• Maintain and update resident phone lists, rosters, and logs.
• Coordinate resident and family appointments, including transportation and services.
• Keep front desk and entry areas clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Distribute mail to residents and staff.
• Follow all policies and confidentiality requirements.
